1. Farm Experience & Rules for Visitors

Lizard Thicket is an outdoor agritourism farm experience. All guests must:

  • Follow all posted signs and staff instructions

  • Supervise children at all times

  • Stay in designated areas only

  • Treat animals, staff, and other guests respectfully

  • Avoid climbing fences, equipment, or restricted areas

  • Not engage in unsafe, disruptive, or reckless behavior

  • No alcohol, drugs, or prohibited items allowed on property

We reserve the right to remove any guest who violates these rules.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer

By entering Lizard Thicket Farm & Adventure Park, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with a working farm environment. These risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Uneven terrain, mud, weather conditions, and natural outdoor hazards

  • Interaction with animals, which may be unpredictable

  • Exposure to farm equipment and agricultural operations

  • Seasonal conditions such as heat, insects, allergens, or dust

Lizard Thicket Farm & Adventure Park, its owners, employees, and partners are not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur on the premises or during participation in activities.

3. Right to Refuse Entry or Service

We reserve the right to refuse entry, remove guests, or deny participation at any time for safety, operational, or behavioral reasons.

4. Tickets, Events, Refunds & Cancellations

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated

  • No refunds for weather-related closures unless explicitly announced

  • Events may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather or safety concerns

  • Pricing, hours, and availability are subject to change without notice

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. All purchases must be paid in full before confirmation.
