Tickets, Events, Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. 

Lizard Thicket Farm & Adventure Park will only close due to severe weather conditions that may impact the safety of our guests, employees, and animals.

If a closure is necessary, we will notify guests through a social media announcement and send a notification to the contact information provided at the time of online ticket purchase.

All online tickets purchased for a canceled date may be used for admission on another available operating weekend.
